I believe in giving my customers the utmost care and attention all the way down to the smallest details.
During my time as an Eyelash Technician, I have never cancelled an appointment nor have I not been available at the allotted time.
I always work hard at ensuring my clients feel looked after and in return, I have a few rules which I hope my clients will respect.
If in the unfortunate event, you find yourself unable to make an appointment, I would ask that you give me as much notice as possible. This means I can offer this appointment to another client and ensure no one misses out. A restriction on future bookings will occur if this becomes a regular occurrence.
I ask that payment is made at the time of the appointment and no later. I accept cash or bank transfer however I ask that bank transfers are done before you leave your appointment.
As I operate from home I do not have a waiting room and I often run back-to-back appointments. I would therefore ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time as I can't guarantee that I will be able to let you in before then.
Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate anyone other than you, my client at the time of your appointment. This includes friends, partners, children and pets. I am also not insured for anyone other than you, my client.
I am fully insured and fully qualified in the application of eyelash extensions.
