booking policy
we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. to ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, please carefully review our booking policy:

​Late arrivals - if you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled to avoid delays for other clients.​

no shows - clients who do not show up for their appointment will be required to pay 100% upfront before rebooking future appointments.

cancellations - please try to give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full appointment fee. if the appointment is rescheduled due to a late cancellation or no show, you will need to pay the appointment fee again in order to rebook.
